·   Platforms like UNIX or WINDOWS Servers , desktops, laptops, handheld devices
·   Network problems
·   Customized Management reporting and trend analysis
·   Technical Service resolution at the First level

Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting IT Infrastructure related issues – e.g. Hardware, networking and hosted Operating System /Application administration related issues of our global clients

·   Incident management - scripted resolution - follows documented instructions.
·   Monitoring and Routing of tickets to other teams at the start of an incident.
·   User Management
·   Process & Daemon Management
·   Checking utilization of File systems
·   Coordinating with vendors and other teams.
·   Identify reoccurring issues
·   He/she must adhere to the Troubleshooting process.
·   He/she must escalate calls based on customers demand or on own judgment.
·   Documentation of the case, reporting and trend analysis
·   Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
·   Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
·   Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. 24*7 shift rotation, call availability etc...)
·   Clear communication skills  and ability to work independently
·   Fluency in English is a must.

Job Requirements :

o   Should be a BE/B.tech from any of these streams : Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics & Communications
o   Should be 2011 pass outs only
o   BE – Aggregate 60% & above.
o   Open to work on any of the technologies (e.g. Windows support/administration or UNIX support/administration etc.)
o   Good communication skills
o   Willing to working in Shifts
